The daughter of a key employee who died after catching Covid ‘feels sick’ over claims Boris Johnson ‘partied’ on the day her father’s dying certificates was signed.
Hannah Brady stated her father Shaun died 4 days earlier than an electronic mail was despatched out by the Prime Minister’s personal secretary showing to organise drinks within the backyard of Number 10.

Ms Brady, spokeswoman for the Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice Group, stated her father, who labored on the Kraft Heinz manufacturing unit in Wigan, was 55 and match and wholesome when he contracted Covid.

She stated she and her household had carried out “everything they could” to maintain him protected throughout lockdown.
“Those days will stay with me for the rest of my life, just like the families of the 353 people that died that day, my family couldn’t even get a hug from our friends,” she stated.
“To think that whilst it was happening Boris Johnson was making the ‘most of the weather’ and throwing a party for 100 people is truly beyond belief.
“At the time, everybody would have recognized that going to a celebration was mistaken, so how can these operating the nation have thought it was OK? Could there be a extra disgraceful instance of ‘one rule for them, and one other rule for the remainder of us’?”
In September last year, Ms Brady was among five families from the campaign who met Mr Johnson.
She added: “To make issues worse, in September I sat in that very same backyard, regarded the Prime Minister within the eyes and informed him how my dad had died. He informed me he had ‘carried out every thing he may’ to guard my dad.
“Knowing that he had partied in that same spot the very day that Dad’s death certificate was signed. It makes me feel sick to think about it.”
